The dynograph on our site was on a car tuned with the Hydra EMS by RickyB. Same boost level, the only difference was the turbine housings. Ricky did comment that he thought that engine might be a little on the low side for power, but that tells me it is just a good example to use.
The stock hot-pipe bracket most likely would need to be removed, and it is possible to make a simple bracket to reattach it to the head.
The downpipe does exit in the stock location, and so you should have no issue mounting any exhaust that works with the stock primary cat.
