I've never seen a TRD FPR, but if it has three ports, you can either:
A) Feed the fuel from directly from the fuel filter. Then feed the FPR through one of the inlets from the rail. Plug the other end, then use the third port for your fuel return line
or
B) Feed the FPR directly from the filter to one of the ports. Then feed the rail from the other port of the FPR. Then use the last one as your drain line.
