I'd go Carbotech pads mate -got a much better rep. than any of the others. They do cost a wee bit more though but they're awesome on the MR2 with stock discs.

I got road / track ones (Panther Plus, not the XP8 track / race spec) from Rogue. ...not sure where you get them for a Celica though.
