Hey dudes!, i'd agree with RST on this, plane discs are what i use and many track day regulars use unless there paying LOADS for high quality grooved discs, i dont see many if any using drilled discs. I posted a pic on ccuk about the front discs, looks to tight for 275mm discs in my opinion.

The ebc stuff does have a rep of being a big max power, but i think that mainly comes from there older stuff, the red stuffs material changed a year or two ago and i've never heard anything bad about them from many track guys, there cheap and from my experience work very very well, PAIN is the only word i can use to describe the braking capability of my car currently despite the back brakes barely working. Brake dust is not admirable though but no matter what you get really your going to have to keep on top of the dust.

In saying all that i'm going to change to carbotech for my next set, just simply because there getting a great rep, particularly amongst track goer's, and i'm always up for trying something different.

As for your back brakes waz i wouldnt get to worried about that, you basically need something thats going to keep your back wheels straight, and not outbrake the front, unless your into trailbraking your brake balance isnt as important as in an mr2, oem pads in the rear will probably be just fine.

I'm curious now does anyone know what size discs the 92 on mr2 turbo has up front? the beams celica has the same two pot calipers.
