So, I'm needing to change the ignition switch assembly on my 85 mk1, and was wondering if this is a pain in the arse to change? It looks like the column has to come out, but I'm not sure. Sorry, but I don't have a Haynes manual, so I apologize if this is an easy to do process. Can someone please shed some light on this one for me? Thanks.
