I'd have to agree, but if you aren't too comfortable with wetsanding you can also just try putting some effort into it with rubbing compound then a polish. The turtle wax rubbing compound that is sold in the tub is fairly cheap and easy to use. Just remember, use clean rags! don't be afraid to alternate your rags.
