the turbo does come with the wastegate actuator but the one i got in for pictures, test fitting and operational tests had a broken one
somebody dropped between there and here or something and broke a nipple off and dented the tin enough to where i didn't feel repairing it to test would be wise.
hopefully they will be packaged better when production begins....
