it has a higher flow oil pump.. im almost positive the internals are the same as the 93+.
camry 5sfes also have larger oil pans and balance shafts.. you can easily remove the balance shaft assembly and plug the oil feed holes though and get the 5ish hp back.
its also a viable option.. the higher volume oil pump builds pressure really fast, i have one on my 93 motor.
