What about this? It's a knockoff(or maybe made from the original molds) of the aeroware kit. If I recall correctly, it fits over 1/2 way over the muffler.
I see it's the same kit Levi posted. Although, would be a good starting point for someone interested in a diffuser....
Of course, add these to it and it would probably help get the air doing the right thing.
