i dont think snapon allows anyone to sell their tools, except the snapon trucks and their own site.. i could be wrong, but ive never seen them for sale anywhere.

.. or you can grab them off ebay for 1/2 the price of new. the lifetime warranty is for anyone, even without receipt.
