Yeah the BGB page a-27 has this info.

disc wheel lateral runoff max 1.2mm or 0.047 in
hub axial play " 0.05mm or 0.0020 in
ball joint vertical play " 0 0

Personnally I can tell when my tires age, some shakeing at 35-50mph.
