Have you ever looked into the Joe cell? it is the same set up with a little twist, you only charge your cell for 3 minuts at a time twice a day. you leave the negative on at all times, and the charge excites the atoms and releases the electrons from the atoms creating HHO and monatomic ions that have superconducting properties, these ions are why you where still able to get a fuel mileage increase even without the power to your cell hooked up.
The ions penetrate the block and are atracted to the spark. I know this sounds a bit odd but can b verifyed, you can look up some atoms without electrons have superconducting properties, with these negative charged cells the ions build up on the negative plates, dont wash them off, they will apear as a wight powder, you can test that they are ions by weighing your plate and torching it with a torch, the plaits will lose wight until they cool again, they will also gain weight in the freezer.
Any ways once the water is converted to HHO you can hook up the line to your vacuum intake, and only need a 3 minut charge a day, I hit mine with three minuts when warming up my car, also adding a 1.5 volt battery to you cell at night will keep the water converted.
This style of charging produces grater gas mileage than hydrogen on demand by far, some run there cars completely on it, and others have gained 90%.
