20V Turbo Manifold instead of 20v manifold?

I was just pondering this...Could I use this ebay Turbo manifold, T25 type so no external wastegate flange, as a replacement for the 20v manifold and just run a 4bolt t25 mating flange and create the exhaust from that point back? It looks to me like this was designed to be an equal length running header for the turbo, I'm just trying to find options to get around having to make a flange to mate the 4-2 section of the 20v exhaust. or should i just go with a FWD header and mod the flange to fit the 20v? here's the pic of the turbo manifold in question

that's it mounted. second question is, would this have issues with the cooling lines required to run the 20v? it looks like it might because of how high they rise. any input guys?
