I would have to concur with the previous posts.

A silvertop engine with lower compression pistons and a smaller turbine will be far less complicated, not to mention put down more power for the same amount of $. A piece of advice though, do not half a__ it as it will cost you far more than what you initially planned as a budget. Do it right from the get go, with the right parts and proper ignition/fuel management system instead of relying on stock electronics that were not meant for either turbo or supercharger on the silvertop 20v motor.
