dont worry about the vin. if theres a big balance shaft assembly, its a camry motor. if theres not, it doesnt matter what its from, it'll work. if theres not a balance shaft it should have the factory trays inplace or bolt holes to put them back in place.

you dont need an aftermarket windage tray, you just need the stock one. the stock mr2 pan has it built in..

the mr2 pan will fit all the 5sfes except the camry engine, and the camry engine is the only one that has the big 2 inch thick "thing" on the bottom.. so it really narrows it down you've got yourself a camry engine with a balance shaft. unbolt the balance shaft and find appropriate pipe plugs at the hardware store and plug the oil feed holes. install the mr2 pan and you're good to go!
