Mk.1 MR2s are cheap, efficient, fun sportscars. Free sounds like a good deal to me.
They're also miserable drift cars. It's neigh-impossible to hold a slide, nevermind slide really sideways like the 240 kids do. If you want a drift toy, keep moving. If you want a fun old car to restore and commute in, get the MR2.
You ought to have paid more attention in driving school, too.. Grip is faster than slip.
