instead of the F1-2008 carset, this one is the MR2 car set, decent variety of different races, similar setup parameters to the F1s, etc but also the ability to custom paint your team's car

right now I've disabled the road cars, but if we suddenly get enough interest to mostly fill each division then I'll open it up. The difference is only 1 tire type for the road cars, they're a bit slower, and have 2 less setup parameters
