Your best bet is to talk to someone who's already running these bars on a car like yours. It's not quite as simple as "more front bar eliminates understeer", etc. Plus there are differences between early and late MkIIs which will change how the sway bars make the car behave.
The TRD plug wires have about half the resistance of the stock ones. Plus they get the cool finger pull loops on top

Do a Google image search for that part number and you should find some pics.
The head gasket is a steel shim gasket designed to withstand higher pressures - high boost, for example, or high compression. They are 0.8mm thick so they will also impart a slight bump in static compression ratio - about 1/4 of a point.

If not can you get the oe style one for a gen3 and upwards car? Also a new shift boot?

That's PTR04-00000-05, and I can get it easily. Be aware that it will not fit the '93+ shift lever without modifying things a bit as discussed earlier in this thread...
Shift boots are easy. I don't know what year your car is but I will assume it's a MkII.
58808-17020-01 - $28.93 - Shift boot, '91-'92
58808-17030-C0 - $27.63 - Shift boot, '93-'95
No go on the newer OEM knob, though. Tried that before, can't get it in the US.
