Does anyone have any tricks for pressing the Inner Race off the Axle Shaft? I've cranked down a Bearing Separator as hard as I can under the race, but it's seized on the hub so stiffly that as soon as I start trying to press it out the separator just slips over the race.

I'm following step #5 of the BGB. Perhaps hitting it with some heat may help? At this point, unless someone has a great idea, I'm going to take it to a machine shop.
