Where is it cut?
My swap came with a fuse box attached that had a bunch of hacked wires on it. This freaked me out initially because the description of the motor that I ordered had "uncut harness" in it too. The hacked wires ended up being the body harness from the JDM car, and the fuel pump relay/resistor. Since I wasn't using any of those things, I simply removed them from the motor before proceeding with my swap.
If you're lucky that's what you're noticing on your motor.
