We don't want an empty forum, but we'll put up any on-topic forum if someone submits content for it. This is exactly the sort of thing we are always looking for! Thanks for the compliments and the interest, and let us know when you have something available to submit, or have others post here voicing an interest. If there is enough interest in the forum, we'll create it without content.
