So I know you can put a 3sgte head on a 5sfe to make a "5sgte"...but I was wondering if you could put a 3rd or 4th generation 3sge head on a 5s? Would that require a 3sge ecu to run? I was thinking about it because the 5sfe's head flows pretty crappy but the 3s (2nd-4th gen) seems to have better flow characteristics. I don't want to do a swap because of california smog regulations.
