Some answers:
1: Yes any of the 4age heads will work on the z block other than needing 20v pistons with that head.
2: Depends on the crank that is in you 4ag block some are small journaled some are the larger sized journals that come in the z block. You would have to mic the rod throughs and see if there 20mm.
3:You could run with 8.1 but it will be alittle doggie and get low mileage due to the lower cylinder pressures
4:Like I said the rod journals on the z and some of the newer 4ag's are the larger journaled cranks need to mic it.
5: money?
