Well my guess is that your timing is off at the belt. I'm sure you had to remove the crank which, when you put it back together, the timing got off track somehow. Now I'm not exactly sure the procedure to get the cam pulley in the right spot when the #1 piston is top dead center. But I'm sure somewhere there is a write up about it. If not I'm sure someone here knows how to align the crank and cams to get them close.
