Red circle is the throwout bearing fork, this is where your clutch slave cyl pushes to disengage the clutch. It's hydraulic btw.
Yellow circle is one of the forward/back or left/right shift cables, its attached to one of the correct mounting places for it.
Blue circle is another one of the shift cable mounts (it's actually below where I circled).
