To the OP speedygonzalez:

Despite the slight thread jack/ordeal that has happened here, I think the point everyone is trying to make is that based on your original post about being on a small budget the best way for you to get the power you want and still stay na would be a 20v swap. You mentioned you have mechanic in your family I am sure they could help you get the swap completed. (it should net you somewhere around 150 in stock form which is ballpark about 30-40 more hp then a stock 16v so you will notice the difference. The best way to get to 200 hp would be with a turboed or supercharged engine. You can find 4agze's decently priced if you look around or just ask your family to help you buildup one from scratch. i know 2restomod had a spare 4agze bottom end a month or so ago. not sure what he would sell it for?

But there is plenty of information and knowledge here on this forum that if you decided to swap with the help of your family and this board the task could be easily accomplished.

EDIT:

I would also like to add in case you aren't aware that both the 20v and the 4agze (supercharged 16v) are direct bolt ins there will be wiring modifications and a few other things to be done with both swaps. However the engines themselves use the same mounting points are the 16v in you car now. so no modifying of the chassis or the motor mount locations isn't needed. So its basically just the finer details you need to worry about. Oh and if you go with a 20v I recommend mr220v's wiring harness not sure what it costs but its a plug and play replacement for the one in your car now which will need to be replaced anyway and this save alot of time from what I hear and see posted on the engine swap section.

oh and before anyone comments on it lol, I am fully aware there are grammar/spelling errors in this posting :P but I am tired just got off work 20 hour shift. so i don't want to hear it :P
