yes i do know better then the "main" car makers i was trained in my mechanics by a toyota engi. and a bmw/mazda mech.. factory cars are made to last with room for improvement you gota learn to work in thouse boundries and whats too much and whats not enough for you. simple minded folks that think only factorys can make a reliable motor get out side this 20v box. my 4a-ge had 234000 befor i got it now its got like 89000 on the motor sence i did my work so if you combind thouse to on the stock block that over 300000 miles on the stock block stock trannie. and trust me i beat up my cars nothing can survive me for long nothing but that datsun and this mr2 i cant break its because i work in thouse limatations and stomp 20vs around here on track on street its all on what you do and what your looking for in a motor 20v arnt that great and trust me when i got this mk1 i was planning a 20v swap till i drove my friends 20v and it wasnt any better and he had 4 carb setup and some other stuff done to it it wasnt that greati have more revs better throttel responce and its lighter
