Does anyone have any Dyno data, or an auto-engineering calculator program for how many extra HP is gained from each extra pound of boost?

I'm having engine running problems whenever I try to use the ABV cutoff (using a T fitting in the manifold vacuum line going to the VSV then Fuel pressure regulator.

I'm on the verge of adding a separate and new outlet off the Manifold to be dedicated to the ABV.
