Do-Luck USA is no more. The shop which acted as Do-Luck USA still exists (World One Performance in Kent, WA), but the Do Luck USA site is down. I always heard stories of bad customer service and slow response from them (World One), so I am not surprised if they are no longer DO-Luck USA.
I'd try going directly through Do Luck Japan. I've heard of a few cases where people did this, and received faster communication, service and a cheaper price too.
If I remember, the 3 piece rear scoops used to cost around $750-800.
