Clutch

I've been told my clutch is "glazed." I figured I'd post the symptoms here and see what you guys have to say about it.

The tires do not... under any circumstances slip on dry pavement when going in a straight line (I know it's mid-engine, this is a good thing for the most part). I can understand not burning out, which I wouldn't want to do anyway, but not even as much as a chirp at all

Off the line is slow no matter what the RPMs or how quickly/slowly the clutch is dropped. It isn't horribly slow, but enough to notice. It seems to take off faster when the clutch is pulled out slowly to a point and then dropped. If I pull the clutch out quickly the car seems to bog down a lot before taking off as if the clutch were still partially in.

I haven't noticed any problems with any other gears yet, but from what I've been told if my clutch is glazed it will eventually start to slip. Is this normal or could it be my clutch isn't disengaging when starting off?
