well i guess the only difference wouldn't be the maturity. Just the fact that your dad and brother know something about wiring and turning wrenches...many people are not in the same conditions and therefore end up paying up to twice the value of the car. It's not the same when you have another person that knows what they're doing helping you through the process than opening the page up in the manual and doing it by yourself.
