Toyota MR2 Message Board - View Single Post - Signal wire for a Bosch wideband O2 sensor

I'm finishing up the wiring for my 20v 4age w/megasquirt here, and I had a question. I've got a Bosch wideband O2 sensor w/controller, and I'm trying to figure out which wire is the signal wire that goes to the ECU. I'm not sure if I missed it somewhere in there or what, but here's the data I have on the subject:

Sensor in question:
Amazon.com: Used and New: Bosch 17053 Oxygen Sensor

My cheap-ass wideband controller:
JAW

Wiring diagrams from a different controller, but using the same sensor:
