In my book no timeslips = no 10 sec passes. However, it sounds like it MAY have been a 10 sec car or at least pretty damn quick, but the previous owner stripped off the easy to get goodies and left you a project. Or he was trying to build a 10 sec car, didn't get it running right, and decided to dump off his project. If it were me I'd go back to 550 injectors, either rebuild and use the stock turbo or go with something like a T3/T4 (what I'm running) with proper cooling lines, get a wideband o2 sensor/gauge, TPS, and anything else missing, and after you get it running find a good tuner to get the EMS properly dyno-tuned.
Not saying it was a bad buy, you may have an engine bay full of goodies, but I don't think you are getting the full story.
