Thats what I am thinking now, I have checked the whole vacuum system against the diagrams in the manual. Everything is where it should be, and I recently replaced all the vacuum hoses to make installation/removal easier, and lower the chance of ripping hoses apart.
I have intake manifold gaskets on order, and I will try those next.
