Cap is always tightened properly, I cant afford to let anything simple affect my diagnosis, at least where I can help it.

Disconnected the exhaust no change, all injectors are firing...

I highly doubt the engine went from running perfectly, to having a carbon buildup problem after sitting in storage for nearly a year.

I appreciate the suggestions, but I am really scratching my head on this one...
