The emblem is lit with a custom LED light bar. Mounting does require gluing of the plate to the garnish.

I'm not to sure about a pot leaf, but if custom plates were to be made (car clubs, more stoners
, ect) there would be a minimum of 10 plates to justify all the laser cutting.
