Since you have turbo charged your engine, you can't use stock ignition and ECU setup anymore.
If I was you, I'd plug the Dizzie (distributor) hole, and install a crank angle sensor on the main pulley. I'd go with a DIY Megasquirt ECU/Ignition setup. Its the cheapest way to go. It is also the most difficult and challenging approach.
How comfortable with re-wiring that thick bundle of wires in the engine bay, and then programming your ECU with a laptop would you be?
