Assuming that the 2 items that you need to get a vacuum source for are the map sensor & bypass valve. Here's what I'd recommend:
Don't 'T' the MAP sensor to anything. Run it directly off that extra nipple on the manifold.
The bypass can be connected via a 'T' to any source that is 'behind' the throttle body. You can use the brake booster line, any evap/emissions vacuum line that gets vacuum from the intake manifold, or even the pcv hose (connects the valve cover to intake manifold). If it's connected to a hose or spot that see's gets vacuum from the intake piping, the bypass valve won't operate correctly.
