You actually sound me from a couple years back, I dunno maybe i fell into a time warp or something today lol.

FWD to RWD is always harder than RWD to FWD imo but I'm sure you will manage. I can almost guarantee you will spin while you are getting used to it (on the track of coarse). Keep your foot on the gas and it should be fine. As for do/don't s all I can suggest is get used to it and don't crash while finding the limit. Oh and use good oil being a turbo so that you can go to rev limit no worries at the track
