It does need to be a sprung clutch, car is a DD and there needs to be some forgiveness/comfort.

I still have to do a bit of research on which setup I need. It'll be on a lightly modded 91T that is regularly autoxed. Probably will never have more than 275-300 hp/tq, but does go through some autox abuse.

What is the difference between the street disk and the HD? I'm assumming the street disk is obviously full faced, and probably organic lining. Where as the HD is a 6 puck, but what kind of lining?

How heavy is the ACT flywheel (Edit: Nevermind, its on your site, 9.7lbs)? Maybe you can weight it out when you do the test fit? I believe the stock flywheel is 15-16lbs.
The street disk is a full faced organic lining rated at 383ftlbs with the HD pressure plate. At 300whp, it lasted only a year on my own car, at which point I switched to an unsprung 6 puck (ceramic-metallic friction material). I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to drive the 6 puck and how well it did after repeated drag racing and daily driver use. I got about 2 years out of it before replacing it (20k+ miles) with over 100 drag strip passes. My wife never had a problem driving the car even though it was unsprung. In this application it is very nice and without the springs, it is a lighter clutch, with less potential parts to fail.
