Sticky throttle body, but only when running?

I just replaced the fuel pressure regulator on my 93 3S-GTE engine and it seems to run very nicely now ---- except that the throttle locks in place whenever the thing is running! With the engine off, I can turn the throttle valve easily at the throttle body, with the engine running at idle, it's locked! It isn't the cable at all. Something in the throttle body itself is keeping it from turning the butterfly valve (I think).

I know I screwed something up here, but what? I didn't actually touch the throttle body assembly except to disconnect it and push it aside, then put it back.

Any ideas? Thanks for any help!
