Depends upon what year your 4AGE is and what compression the Venolias are.
I believe the 87-89 4AG(Z)E had a larger connecting rod journal than the 85-86 models and the Carrillo rods would need to match whichever you have. The specs you listed show you have the larger connecting rods, so I hope you have a late model 4AGE.
What compression are your new pistons. Normally one would have gotten low compression pistons for a 4AGZE, and if that is the case then they probably wouldn't be the right match for the 4AGE unless you were planning to go turbo. Shaving enough off the head to make the compression ratio higher would probably only cause other issues.
No reason that the tougher rods and pistons can't be used otherwise, as they'll just be a bit more sturdy than normal and take more abuse, so you might as well add cams, etc. if the parts all match up right.
