I am at home today and can't check current prices, but the rack was quoted out right here a couple of months ago. A quick search of the Lithia Toyota forum can usually get you pretty close on price (close enough to know whether it's a realistic option or not):

Check out the EPC pic on ToyoDIY - it looks like the rack comes as a complete assembly requiring only outer tie rod ends.

Let me know if you need anything else. That price is probably current or within 2-3% either way...
