Got them installed yesterday but hasn't been aligned or setup as it was. My steering is heavier than it was before... but it was very light before. At the moment I've getting a clunking noise and the steering seems to "bite" as you start to turn it. Hopefully when I take it to the suspension place in a day or two that will be sorted out.

edit: so I had to go on a long drive out to my parents today. Out of the city and into the country and... ouch! I'm back now and my neck hurts and my GF has vowed never to travel that far in my car again.

My 2 isn't a daily but I do take for a long run now and then and I do come across some bad roads where I am and well... I didn't realise how much of an effect they would have.

At this stage I'm looking at getting the ST or Eibach pro-kit to stick with my old Koni yellows. Sure I will give it a week or two before I make up my mind but I thought the "soft" setting would at least give some comfort.
