1. I played with it and adjusted it last night. It pulls nice and tight and the handle feels just as it should, and the cables below look just like they should. I can watch them tighten. It's as if the pads in the rear rotors are frozen or something. Do these cars have an adjustment within the rear drum? Like a little wheel you can turn to tighten/loosen the brake?
