My car's been here 6yrs, a 1994 MR 2, black and low and fast as...

I've owned her since last March when I bought her from a dealer with MOT, reg documents etc etc...now failed MOT

as I don't appear to have a rear fog light...what the f^&k?! Is it normal for Jap MR2s to not have them and how should I fit one? Really don't want a crappy bolt on job...
