This rusted out on me. I took the part to our local toyoat and he quoted me a price. I hope it is the right piece. It goes from the passenger fram under the AC/Alt and attaches toward the middle of the car. Looked like between the radiator lines. It is 1 inch in daimeter and about 14 inches long.
