Thanks for the comments Mandalay, very noobie question but where do I get the vin (which specific serial I mean)

thing is I sourced what I though was a compatable remote key, but maybe I've thrown away a little money :-( It was suppsoed to be a new key for my cars b-day

hehe, bought her on my b-day last year, she's a 1999, and so she'll be 10? lol

Damn remote

These JDM keys are a pain, walked on over to the other forums and it seems they really are a pain.
