Update:
I really want the best for both of us. I have try to be understanding and not get mad but be supporting and realistic that seller is getting better after a accident that happen awhile ago. But this is too far now...
Today seller finds out that shipping is more than they thought,
so he is holding item longer incase someone wants to offer more now....after the deal has already been agreed on 
I am trying to remain as respectable as possible and not insult or bash him. I am purely providing evidence and stating facts of the business transaction. I am not trying to fuel a fire but unfortunately the situation is not being alleviated by the seller even after more than enough time being given....
