Those prices are still current. Shipping would be about $9 via UPS or $11 via Priority Mail. There is a packing (o-ring sort of thing) that goes between the cap and distributor as you mentioned:

19127-74040 - Packing, distributor cap

Check the spark plug wells too and make sure they're not getting water in them. That happens a lot, especially with aftermarket plug wires that don't always seal to the valve cover all that well.

There are lots of plastic underbody panels on these cars. Which ones are you missing?
